Heather Kloeker-Webster

Dr. Heather Kloeker-Webster has been with UNC Charlotte since 2015 and joined Safety & Security in 2022. In her role, Dr. Kloeker-Webster is responsible for leading the Office of Threat Assessment and Management and coordinating the threat assessment and management process for the University community. Prior to this role, Dr. Kloeker-Webster worked in behavior management for over a decade within the field of student conduct. Dr. Kloeker-Webster is a Certified Threat Manager through the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals and holds degrees from UNC Charlotte, Appalachian State University, and NC State University. Dr. Kloeker-Webster’s affinity for the campus and Niner community is strong; she is a proud Niner!
